How to Use
Pressure-cook meat pieces with turmeric, salt, and a little water until tender. In a wide, heavy pan, heat coconut oil and sauté sliced onions, ginger, garlic, and curry leaves until golden. Add the cooked meat and Eastern Meat Ularthu Masala. Toss and roast on medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until the masala coats the meat in a dark, dry crust and the edges begin to crisp.
