How Our Shipping Works

At Naadanbox, we bring authentic Kerala products straight to your doorstep. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

The BOX Concept

We keep our product prices at par with Kerala market rates. Standard delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of each product and added to the product price.

Important: To get the best value, your total order must weigh a minimum of 1.7 kg (1700 gm) net weight. Orders below 1.7 kg will attract higher delivery charges and may not be economical.

Order Confirmation

All orders are reviewed before processing. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm the order and details before dispatching. Payment is collected after order confirmation.
